Great location - close to the Metro, buses and Vatican City. There are also nice restaurants nearby, but if one prefers to save some money there is also a possibility to cook sth in the common kitchen. The room was very comfortable, big enough and all the furniture was brand new - after two weeks of travelling in Italy we can say that the standard of the room was higher than in many 3 stars hotels. Free wi fi. Very friendly and helpful owners. Although the place is new, they are experienced in the accommodation industry.

We had such an amazing experience at this place! Simone, the owner, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. He waited for us even though we arrived really late and even provided us with a late-night snack. The shared kitchen was a dream, fully stocked with all the essentials we needed. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless and we always had plenty of hot water. The location couldn't be more convenient, with the metro station just around the corner. We were able to easily explore all the popular attractions in the city. One of the best things about this place was the unlimited supply of fruits, juices, coffee, tea, and bread. It was such a nice touch! The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. They even provided a separate key to store our luggage after check-out, a huge help for backpackers like us. The neighborhood was lovely, away from the touristy areas, and felt like a home away from home. We appreciated the small and quiet nature of the B&B, with only a few rooms. Everything was kept very clean and well-maintained. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city.

I had an lovely stay at Old Kitchen Vatican Suites! The room and bathroom were impeccably clean and modern, making me feel right at home. The kitchen was a dream come true, allowing me to enjoy breakfast at my own convenience. Annette's freshly baked cakes were a good treat! The extra amenities like blankets, towels, and toiletries were a thoughtful touch. Annette and Simone were warm and friendly, providing valuable information about the local area and even helping with transportation options. I appreciated that they weren't on-site, giving me the freedom to feel comfortable and relaxed. The location was perfect, with great shopping and food nearby, and the metro station just around the corner. The Vatican was only a short walk away. The secure storage for bags after checkout was a convenient bonus. I highly recommend Old Kitchen Vatican Suites to anyone in need of a fantastic stay!
